I'm a massage therapist with a passion for lymphatics, cupping and making people feel excited and comfortable about massage.
I also am a content creator.
I started making content to promote my massage business and quickly realized I enjoyed doing it. I love creating content about massage and wellness that is assessable and relatable. The wellness world can be intimidating. I aim to change that.
When not massaging I can be found rockhounding, petting my cats, cooking vegan dinners or playing music.
I am a member and advocate for the EDS and POTS communities.
