She/Her

My focus is deep tissue, craniosacral and neuromuscular. My approach to bodywork is personalized: every session I hold is different because it’s based around your wants and needs. I hope to help facilitate and support your goals for your body and mind. I enjoy working specifically and honing in on an area, from shoulder pain to sore feet.

I base our sessions around consent and trust, striving to build a positive and cooperative therapeutic relationship.

I welcome all clients and approach every session from a trauma informed practice. I am committed to learning and growing in my massage practice and daily life, building an inclusive business to nurture all bodies and people.

In my spare time I enjoy hiking, backpacking, traveling, playing ice hockey, cooking elaborate vegan meals with friends, cuddling my cats, and being active in the Portland music community.
